Transform a turkey schnitzel by having it in a burger accompanied with bacon, brie and avocado. The result: A vibrant, rich blend of textures and flavours.

Ingredients

  • 4 rindless bacon rashers
  • 2 tbsps oil
  • Cook 4 crumbed turkey schnitzels (pan-fried pounded turkey breasts)
  • 4 soft white rolls
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 125 g sliced brie
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • Cranberry sauce

In a large frying pan, cook the bacon rashers, 3 to 4 mins, turning, until crisp.

Heat oil in the same pan and cook the crumbed turkey schnitzels 3 to 4 mins, each side, until golden.

03.

Fill soft white rolls with sliced avocado, sliced brie, alfalfa sprouts, schnitzels and bacon. Finish with cranberry sauce.
