Amaze the kids with these adorable reindeer cookies with mini pretzels, M&Ms, and chocolate chips. Combined with the taste of peanut butter, these cookies are a party in the mouth no one should ever miss out on! They also take less than 10 mins in the oven, making for the perfect last-minute treat.
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsps milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1 whole egg
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp table salt
- M&Ms, to decorate
- Chocolate chips, to decorate
- Mini pretzels, to decorate
Steps
Preheat oven to 190 C.
Beat butter, brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract and peanut butter in an electric mixer until well combined. Add egg.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Slowly add flour mix to batter.
Scoop out cookie mixture into balls on a pan. Gently shape with hands, or use a spoon.
Bake cookies at 190 C for 8 mins.
After removing from oven, arrange chocolate chips, M&Ms and mini pretzels on cookie to resemble a reindeer. Press down and let cool.
