Fruity Mango Panna Cotta

This beautiful panna cotta dessert is sure to delight all mango lovers, and it's surprisingly really easy to make. Serve it up at your next family gathering or dinner party as a refreshing end to the meal.

Ingredients

300 ml all-purpose cream

100 ml milk

80 g sugar

6 g gelatine powder

MANGO COMPOTE

80 g mango puree

1 tbsp water

½ tbsp sugar

1 g gelatine powder

Directions

1Add milk, cream and sugar in a pot and heat it on low heat, stirring gently.

2Put the gelatine powder in hot water and stir until it dissolves. Then, put them in the hot cream.

3Pour the mix in the shooter glass and let it set in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

4MANGO COMPOTE Put the gelatine powder in hot water and stir until it dissolves.

5Heat mango puree with water and sugar. Add in the gelatine sheets mango mixture, mix until incorporated.

6Top the mango mix to the set cream panna cotta and let it chill in the fridge till set.
