This unique appetiser featuring whole quail eggs which you can eat, shell included, is sure to become a conversation starter. Your guests will be wondering how you did it - little do they know it's actually super easy. This recipe is part of Open Kitchen by Janice O'Connor. 1Marinate quail eggs with soy sauce for 1 hour.
2Grill them in the oven for 10 minutes.
3Whole egg, including the shell, can be consumed.
