Whip up these gorgeous mango choc muffins for an afternoon treat or just for something indulgent! They are delicious and great for kids!

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes, slice to get ½ cup diced mango
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

CREAM MIX

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 85 ml melted butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence

DRY MIX

  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 3 tsps baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sugar

In a separate bowl, quickly whisk together all ingredients of the cream mix – milk, egg, butter and essence.

Using Philips Kitchen Machine, combine ingredients of the dry mix. Pour the cream mix into the dry mix in the Kitchen Machine and beat into a lumpy batter. Add mango and chocolate chips. Do not over-mix. The batter should still be a bit lumpy. Spoon into waxed muffin cases until three-quarters full.

Preheat Philips Airfryer at 180 C for 1 min. Bake at 180 C for the first 10 mins then lower temperature to 160 C to cook for the remaining 15 mins.
