1Preheat a sandwich press. For each wrap, place a tortilla on a clean work surface. Spread with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, a quarter each of the avocado, lettuce, onion, jalapeno, peppers, chicken, taco sauce and chilli sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up to enclose filling. Repeat to make 4 in total.
2Cook in sandwich press, in batches, for 4 mins or until heated and toasted. Cut in half. Serve with corn chips.
