You might think this smoothie is sinful because it tastes so good, but not at all! It uses low-fat natural yoghurt and honey instead of syrup to sweeten.
4 cups milk
4 peaches, peeled, coarsely chopped
1⅓ cups low-fat natural yoghurt
⅓ cup honey
½ tsp cinnamon, plus extra for sprinkling (optional)
1Blend milk, peach, yoghurt, honey and cinnamon until smooth.
2Pour evenly into glasses. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon, if desired.
