You might think this smoothie is sinful because it tastes so good, but not at all! It uses low-fat natural yoghurt and honey instead of syrup to sweeten.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 peaches, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1⅓ cups low-fat natural yoghurt
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon, plus extra for sprinkling (optional)

Blend milk, peach, yoghurt, honey and cinnamon until smooth.

Pour evenly into glasses. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon, if desired.
