2 tbsps thyme leaves

500 g minced pork

3 cups fresh breadcrumbs

2APRICOT, CRANBERRY & MACADAMIA STUFFING In a large frying pan, heat oil on high. Fry bacon, onion and garlic 3 to 4 mins until golden and tender. Stir in thyme. Transfer to a large bowl and cool. Add pork, breadcrumb, macadamias, cranberries and egg, mixing well. Season.
