1In a large saucepan of salted boiling water, cook pasta following packet instructions. Add broccolini for final 1 min of cooking time.
2Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat oil on medium-low. Saute leek and garlic, 5 to 6 mins, until leek softens.
3Drain pasta and broccolini, adding to leek mixture with juice. Stir over high heat to combine. Season to taste.
4Crumble cheese over and sprinkle with nuts and zest to serve.
