1Preheat oven to 180 C.
2Place the onion slices over the base of a large baking dish. Place the sausages over the onions, then the potatoes over the top.
3In a jug, combine sauces, brown sugar and mustard; pour over sausage mixture in the dish.
4Bake uncovered for about 30 mins, turning the sausages and potatoes, and basting them with the liquid in the dish.
5The dish is ready when the sausages are cooked and the sauce is rich and thick.
6Serve with salad and crusty bread, if desired.
