- 1 piece wholemeal lavash bread or wrap (available at bread sections in supermarkets)
- 1 heaped tbsp spreadable cream cheese
- 25 g baby rocket leaves
- ¼ small carrot, peeled
- ¼ small cucumber
- 95 g can tuna, drained, flaked
- 4 grape tomatoes, quartered
Place wrap on a board. Spread with cream cheese. Arrange rocket leaves over half the bread.
Use your vegetable peeler to cut long strips of carrot. Do the same with the cucumber.
Arrange carrot and cucumber strips across rocket. Top with tuna and tomatoes.
Roll bread up to enclose the filling, sushi style. Wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap.
