1Place wrap on a board. Spread with cream cheese. Arrange rocket leaves over half the bread.
2Use your vegetable peeler to cut long strips of carrot. Do the same with the cucumber.
3Arrange carrot and cucumber strips across rocket. Top with tuna and tomatoes.
4Roll bread up to enclose the filling, sushi style. Wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap.
