1Preheat oven to hot, 200 C.
2In a large frying pan, heat oil on medium. Saute onion, carrot and celery 4 to 5 mins, until onion is tender. Add garlic. Cook 1 min.
3Increase heat to high. Add mince. Brown for about 6 to 8 mins, breaking up the lumps with a wooden spoon.
4Stir in pasta sauce and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 8 to 10 mins, until sauce thickens. Allow to cool.
5Place pizza bases on oven trays. Spread 2/3 cup Bolognese mixture over each base. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
6Bake 15 to 20 mins, until cheese is golden and bubbling. Scatter with leaves and serve in wedges. Accompany with a salad, if you like.
