1Dice the ingredients for the filling such as scallion and onion. Add in the minced meat and seasonings. Mix evenly and place it into the centre of the Xiao Long Bao skins.
2Wrap the skin into the shape of steamed dumplings.
3Place a piece of baking paper underneath the dumplings and transfer them onto the steaming plate.
4Place the plate over boiling water in a pot. Cover the pot and maintain a small or medium flame for 15 to 18 mins.
5Serve the dumplings on a large plate with the dip sauce.
