Crispy beancurd or tofu is considered a traditional Chinese dish that’s not just easy to whip up, but addictive and makes for a great dinner table addition, especially if you’re short on time. This recipe by famous chicken rice chain Boon Tong Kee features a light and crispy exterior that uses its housemade Crispy Powder ($2.20+), which houses soft silken tofu within.
