Herbed Chicken Kebabs with Grilled Potatoes

This moreish dish works as a tasty starter or a side dish with spiced rice.   





Combine chicken in a bowl with Naturel Pure Olive Oil, parsley and garlic. Chill for 20 mins.


Preheat a char-grill on high. Thread chicken, capsicum, onion and lemon onto skewers. Spray with Naturel Grapeseed Oil, and season to taste.


Char-grill kebabs for 8 to 10 mins, turning, until chicken is cooked through.


Meanwhile, place sliced potatoes on a tray.


Spray with Naturel Grapeseed Oil and season to taste. Char-grill for 4 to 5 mins each side, until golden and crisp.


DRESSING In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Drizzle dressing over kebabs, and serve with potatoes.
