Ingredients
- 1 sheet butter puff pastry
- 4 medium (330 g) plums, stones removed, sliced
- ⅓ cup (55 g) icing sugar
Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 C (160 C fan-forced). Line an oven tray with baking paper.

Place pastry on prepared tray; stand until thawed. Fold 1cm of the pastry edges over to form a border. Arrange plum slices on pastry; sift over 2 tbsps of the icing sugar.

Bake for about 20 mins or until the pastry is puffed and lightly brown.

Dust with the remaining sifted icing sugar. Serve with vanilla ice-cream, chocolate ice-cream or whipped cream, if desired.
