romeo tan new condo

Home for Singapore actor Romeo Tan, who moved in after a month-long renovation, is now a one-bedroom condominium at Marina One Residences. He’d previously lived with his family in a four-room HDB flat in Simei.

While he’d gotten his keys in May, the Circuit Breaker restrictions had put a dent in his plans to move in earlier. The 35-year-old actor also thanked his interior design company D’Phenomenal for helping him in realising the perfect bachelor pad, and exactly as he’d envisioned.

Sharing snaps of his new space on Instagram yesterday (Sep 2), he unveiled photos of the place before and after the revamp.

The cosy one-bedder flaunts a modern-luxe aesthetic with an open concept. His bedroom is separated from the rest of the living spaces by a sliding glass door.

Mirrors line the hallway, lending to a contemporary feel. They aren’t useful just for a quick outfit check before heading out – mirrors act to widen a narrow hallway space, too.

If you’re after inspiration for a stylish way to display your kicks, take your cue from Romeo’s ultra-stylish custom shoe cabinet.

And in case you were wondering, here’s the view from his balcony.

Earlier in June, the actor offered a glimpse of the exteriors of Marina One Residences. Designed by award-winning architect Christoph Ingenhoven, it comes surrounded by lush greenery, boasts a 13-metre tall waterfall, as well as other luxe amenities like a 50m lap pool, an aqua gym, a wellness sanctuary, teppanyaki terraces and private dining rooms.

According to 99.co, he’s estimated to have forked out over $1.6million for his apartment.
