Chinese-style steamed eggs are a dinner table staple that’s healthy and nutritious. Want to kick it up a notch? Add another classic favourite to the mix: mapo tofu.
You can use a heat-proof (or Pyrex) container to steam the eggs and silken tofu, then top it with mapo pork mince. Bonus: It takes just 20 minutes to whip up and there’s minimal washing up to do once you’re done.
