Elizabeth is a visionary leader who is relentless for growth, with a love for building consumer brands and a believer that business is a force for doing good. Elizabeth was the CEO of Heatwave Shoes for 8 years, a fast growing shoe retailer from Singapore that grew from 1 to 60 stores across 10 countries. She is also passionate about social impact, being the founder of Sight to Sky, a non-profit organization that brings primary eye care and vision to the most remote parts of the world. Having impacted more than 15,000 people across the Himalayan region, she is currently leading the organization‘s transition into a social enterprise model by building an micro-eye clinic chain to solve the rural eye care challenge.

Jaelle Ang is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Great Room – a premium, hospitality centric co-working operator in Asia. Prior to this venture, she was part of the founding team at SET-listed company, Country Group Development Public Company Limited in Thailand, heading the development of one of
the largest mixed-use development in Bangkok, including the Four Seasons Hotel, Four Seasons
Residences and Capella Hotel. Her role includes master planning, design conceptualization,
fundraising and corporate strategy from 2009 – 2016, and she is also currently on the Board of
Directors. She also spent a few years in Citibank and Credit Suisse doing Strategy and M&A for Asian emerging market.

A happily married wife and mother of two, including a 22-year-old who will be graduating with a bachelor’s in Architecture later this year, Maddy is known most famously in the media industry as both a radio DJ, and sought after emcee and speaker.

from the advertising world where she educated the masses on brand stories, she has switched her focus to using raw human stories to inspire courage and love in others. Her passion in social justice and mental health drives her to serve the society at large.
