Habit #1: They wash their face religiously
No matter how tired they are from work, partying or taking care of the kids, perfect-skinned people make cleansing a priority before they end their day. Oil, make-up and other impurities cause clogged pores and breakouts so ensure that you wash your face twice a day.
Habit #2: They exercise regularly
Ever noticed that your skin glows naturally after a workout? Well, you're not imagining it. Sweating causes pores to purge themselves of toxins and pimple-causing bacteria. Plus, exercising increases blood circulation which also gives skin cells an oxygen boost.

Habit #3: They use sunscreen every day
We can't stress the importance of putting on sunscreen enough — it defends skin against harmful UV damage, the number one cause of premature skin ageing, fine lines and pigmentation. The effects of sun damage are not instantaneous, but when the wrinkles and spots start surfacing, you'd wish that you had put on sunscreen more diligently. Remember: prevention is better than cure.
Habit #4: They eat healthy
Antioxidant-rich foods are great for defending skin against free radicals, and you'd be sure to see people with perfect skin reaching for tomatoes, oranges and berries instead of potato chips and fried chicken wings.

Habit #5: They don’t smoke
Smoking decreases blood flow to your skin cells which damages connective tissue, weakening skin's elasticity. People who smoke often sport dull, sallow skin with sunken cheeks. Besides ruining your skin, they also stain the teeth and gums — not an attractive look if you ask us.
