Yoga is renowned for its positive impact on physical fitness. It’s an ancient practice that has touched the lives of millions around the world and is continuing to inspire and empower many with their wellness journey. And with the practice of yoga becoming a popular activity that many are passionate about in Singapore, it’s no surprise that there have been loads of new yoga studios sprouting up in town. From beginner-friendly classes to hot yoga sessions, there are a multitude of classes that you can choose from.

Lab Studios
