Best Smoothening Moisturiser: Dr Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Daily Moisturizer, $119
An extension of Dr Dennis Gross' famed Alpha Beta chemical exfoliating line using both alpha and beta hydroxy acids, the moisturiser also employs bioidentical hydrators, squalane and ceramides to hydrate and strengthen the skin barrier.
Hyaluronic acid and ginseng root extract are the key ingredients of this Shiseido moisturiser. Hyaluronic acid aids in replenishing the skin with hydration while ginseng root extract reinforces skin barrier integrity.
Best Moisturiser For Combination Skin: Sigi Skin Dream Capsule Overnight Sleeping Mask, $96
As you head to dreamland, the plant-based retinol alternative bakuchiol in the Sigi Skin moisturiser works with purslane to combat signs of ageing. Meanwhile, squalane and omega-3 fatty acids soothe inflammation and add moisture.
