Cherry is the latest wonder fruit of the beauty world. The red drupe is the fruit du jour, whether in skincare, makeup or perfume. After all, cherry notes are a delicate and special addition to the composition of a fragrance, artisanal scent artist Chris Chong told FEMALE. “They add interest to the fruity facet of a fragrance, sometimes in a gourmet way, and work terrific in rose profiles,” he said.
