Looking to redecorate your home, or perhaps a bedroom or the bathroom? Check out the 2020 Pinterest Home Trends! Every year, Pinterest dishes out its Pinterest 100 report. In this report, the media company shares the top 100 trends that are popular amongst its users, across various topics.

We looked at the interior design and home decor sections to discover the most popular trends. And analysed how we could possibly bring these trends to life in our homes.

Some of these trends require you to simply add a few items. Others might need you to move things around and replace one or two items. Here is a list of top 10 Pinterest home trends to inspire you to refresh your space.

3. Thrifted Home Decor

Another way to go green: sussing out vintage or second-hand furniture or giving your old ones a new lease of life instead of sending them to the dump.

You’ll be surprised at how a fresh coat of paint or reupholstering can transform a worn-out piece of furniture. Places to check out: Hock Siong & Co., Second Charm and The Godown.

6. Coffee Stations

2/3

Waking up every morning and heading to a cafe for your daily brew might not be doable for most, but you sure can add a little pizzazz to your morning routine. Or if you often play host, it makes for an impressive focal point in your kitchen or living room. From carts to dressers or even under-utilised space on your counter, there are plenty of ways to savour your java in style.

If you don't have enough space on your countertop, you can consider adding a standalone bar counter to create a coffee moment just for you.

9. French Antiques

3/3

Evoke the romance of a bygone era with furnishings that capture the feel of real antiques. French-inspired decorative accents, like patinated mirrors and farm linens, are among some of the most favoured pins right now.

You don't necessarily need to go all out to create an ambience. Start small. Add a large mirror that comes with a vintage baroque-style brass border. And build on that.
