As Singapore gears up for another adrenaline-pumping Formula One Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix, it’s not just the adults who get to have fun. Ahead of the event, which takes place from Oct 3 to 5, 2025, get into the motorsport spirit by exploring a whole trackload of family-friendly F1-themed activities. Think Lego-themed hotel stays to building (and eating!) your own chocolate race car, and even letting your little speedsters race their hearts out! We’ve rounded up some of the most exhilarating events in Singapore to join in the F1 fever!

1. Build Your Pitstop Staycation at Pan Pacific with Lego-Themed Experiences

2. Jumptopia Lite: Turbo Tots Playground at Marina Square

Buckle up for an exciting adventure at Marina Square! Throughout a month-long themed event at the atrium, visitors can anticipate an exciting lineup that embodies the spirit and excitement of the race. Hype your kids up for turbo-charged fun at Kiztopia’s Turbo Tots Playground – where they can hop onto Tiger’s Turbo Track obstacle course with tunnels, climbing zones, and bouncy hurdles, and race down Mark’s giant inflatable F1 car with twin slides.

- Grip socks are compulsory for all participants (not included in the ticket purchase).
- An adult participant (age 18 and above) must be present for the admission of any participants under the age of 12.
- Children below 12 months may enter for free if accompanied by a paying adult. E-copy of Birth Certificate is required for verification.

3. Meet Snoopy and Friends at VroomTown Driving City

While you’re there at Marina Square, also swing by VroomTown, Singapore’s first-ever driving city for kids, which transforms into a Peanuts-themed city in celebration of Snoopy’s 75th anniversary! Featuring iconic Singapore landmarks like the Merlion, Gardens by the Bay, and Changi Airport, kids can drive mini electric cars through Peanuts-themed streets and snap pictures with a giant 3.5-metre-tall Snoopy.
 
Adults can join in on the fun, too! Those who would like to drive a kart on their own will need to purchase a learner/pass separately. Plus, don’t miss the chance to meet Snoopy and friends at the special meet-and-greet!

- Students five and up will be allowed to drive independently, while junior students below five will require parent supervision (in the same car).
- Every child entry comes with one free adult guardian entry! For additional adult entry, you can purchase an accompanying entry pass at $15 over counters.
- Free entry will be given to children 12 months and below, pregnant women, and the elderly 65 years old and above. This will be subject to verification over the counter.
- Covered shoes will be required during driving, and non-slipped socks at the indoor soft play playground.
- Each drive session is one hour. Do note that kids will have to undergo a 10-minute basic driving & road safety lesson on the first visit. You can also opt to extend the session further if it’s available.

4. #RevUpSG Programmes to Catch Ahead of the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2025

Ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix, RevUp SG returns to engage motorsport enthusiasts with a series of thrilling watch parties and an exciting lineup of activities, including pop-ups at Kampung Admiralty and One Punggol. If you are an avid F1 fan, these watch parties are not to be missed. Anticipate immersive activities such as simulators, reaction time tests and games, a Lego exhibition, and sneak peeks of the official merch..

Plus, there will be a special screening of Drive to Survive Season 7, Episode 7, which highlights five of the most well-known Formula 1 drivers and their behind-the-scenes experiences of the brutal Singapore Grand Prix. Live Formula 1 race screenings will also be available via beIN Sports on both weekends.

5. Levelled-Up Racing at HyperDrive 2025

Have a little one who’s always on the move? Let them unleash their energy at HyperDrive, where racing games come to life. Collect ‘weapons’ to sabotage competitors or ‘boosts’ to turbo-charge to the finish line, all while immersing in special lighting and sound effects.

Children ages nine to 12 (min. 130cm) can race around in a junior cart, and mums and dads looking to get behind the steering wheel can take part in the Senior Race for those aged 18 years and above. Participants who make it to the top 20 (by lap time) will even get to compete in a thrilling final showdown on Sep 27, 2025. 

Winners will stand a chance to win attractive prizes like hotel stays, official racing merchandise, and exciting activities such as a race simulator experience.

6. Participate in F1-themed workshops at the Mint Museum of Toys

Immerse your kids in a spectacular weekend filled with interactive workshops, thrilling competitions, and immersive racing experiences. In this exciting two-day workshop, you will be introduced to the fascinating history of the Orient Year Grand Prix in Singapore and explore a series of motorsport racing cars made between the 1930s and 1970s. 

If you are looking for something more heart-racing, participate in the HEAT: Pedal to the Metal Board Game History & Competition to learn about the origins of racing board games and how they have adapted over time to how they are today. The game is fast-paced but also easy to learn, and players will compete in a thrilling vintage car race. Fun for casual players but also offers depth for those who enjoy strategy; join this session and stand a chance to win prizes.

Next, dive deeper into the world of cars through the Sustainable Wood Racing Car Workshop, where participants will use high-quality, sustainable wood materials to assemble and paint their very own racing car model. During the workshop, learn early concepts of car parts and automotive mechanisms as well. 

Last but not least, gear up for the ultimate Toy Car Racing Competition. Choose the perfect car model and tackle various circuits through 3 qualifying sessions. Secure your position for the final race, known as the Grand Prixby by racing to the finish line.

7. Fuel up with the Speed & Scones: A Junior Racer’s Afternoon Tea at LeBar, Sofitel Singapore

Fancy a pit stop with pastries? Head to LeBar for a kids-only, race-themed high tea featuring a delightful array of savoury and sweet treats like egg mayo sandwiches, berry skewers, and decorate-your-own race car cookies. Little ones can also enjoy colouring sheets as part of the fun experience. Plus, if your child wants a keepsake, they can take home a Louis the Peacock plush toy for $18 nett.

While the kids enjoy their themed treats, parents can also indulge in LeBar’s Velocity and Vibes afternoon tea for adults. 8. Build Your Own Chocolate Race Car

Recommended for kids aged seven and above, Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie (Dempsey Factory) promises a one-of-a-kind hands-on experience where kids can design and construct their very own F1 car out of chocolate. Under the guidance of their in-house facilitator, kids will discover the delicious process of creating an edible race car masterpiece using tools and special cocoa butter paint.

During the workshop, kids will also discover where chocolates come from and how to identify good cacao beans and chocolate. To complete the experience, participants will enjoy a complimentary drink and retail tasting.
