ANATTA Culinary Academy’s Young Chef’s Academy Bootcamp is where mini masterchefs (ages four to 16) get to rule the stove, the spatula, and the snack breaks. Forget boring sandwiches — this five-day culinary fiesta (Mon to Fri, 9am to 1pm) is led by Chef Leigh Ann van Cuylenburg at their Neil Road studio, and every day is a new passport stamp for your taste buds.

Day one kicks off in Japan with Hokkaido potato mochi, roasted corn inari, mini bear dorayaki — because why settle for one dish when you can have three?

Kids will land themselves in Italy on day two, where they’ll whip up mini pizza bites, spinach and ricotta stuffed cannelloni and a tiramisu box (without coffee!).

By day three, campers land back in Singapore for a hawker-style homecoming, dishing out honey crunch kaya toast and roti John like pros.

Day four? German pretzel sticks, rosti and cookies.

Day five’s a Christmas special where the kiddos roll up their sleeves to cook a full festive meal — cranberry sauce meatballs, roast chicken and vegetables with gravy and mashed potatoes, and finally, a Christmas log cake!

Kids will chop, mix, knead, and taste their way through global cuisines, picking up kitchen skills and bragging rights along the way. Lunch is sorted — they eat what they make, and trust us, there won’t be leftovers.

Sign up for the full five-day bootcamp for $400 or drop in for a single day at $100 if you just want a taste. Small groups mean everyone gets a turn at the whisk — and a fair share of the fun.
