Ring In 2026 With These New Year Countdown Parties, From Marina Bay To The Heartlands
Celebrate with the fam and start 2026 with a bang

Singaporeans will be able to usher in the new year on Dec 31 at multiple locations across Singapore, including at Marina Bay and Sentosa, as well as seven heartland sites.
As part of the ONE Countdown 2026 event, there will be various celebrations and fireworks displays islandwide, the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth said in a statement on Nov 12. With the various festivities, public transport operators will look at extending transport services, with details to be shared in December, the ministry added.
Here are some of the events.
Marina Bay
The Marina Bay Singapore Countdown 2026 will feature a line-up of festivities.
These include Togetherland by World Christmas Market, live performances at Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, and Brightening Lives, which is a series of light projections on The Fullerton Hotel Singapore featuring artworks made by artists with disabilities.
The celebrations will culminate in a fireworks display that will light up the night sky at the stroke of midnight.
Singapore Sports Hub and Kallang
The Countdown 2026 Concert at Singapore Sports Hub will be headlined by K-pop group Super Junior.
Other acts include Chinese singer Cheng Huan, as well as home-grown musicians Benjamin Kheng, Tabitha Nauser and Iman Fandi.
Activities that will take place around the Singapore Sports Hub precinct include stage performances, interactive activities and countdown processions consisting of entertainment acts.
The celebrations at Kallang will feature the longest fireworks display in Singapore for 2025, spanning a total of 35 minutes across four chapters.
The first chapter will start at around 9pm to cater for families.

Sentosa
On Sentosa, a countdown party will be held at Siloso Beach. It will feature live performances, including Mediacorp’s Let’s Celebrate 2026 countdown show and fireworks.
A movie marathon and family-friendly activities will be held at Palawan Kidz City Rooftop, while over at Palawan Green, visitors can enjoy games at a carnival.
There will also be festive installations at Sensoryscape, and other attractions, hotels, restaurants and beach clubs will present their own curated offerings.

Clarke Quay
Those planning to usher in the new year at Clarke Quay can look forward to the CQ @ Clarke Quay NYE Countdown.
Highlights include performances from local bands and DJs, drone shows over the Singapore River and interactive art installations across various art activation zones.
Heartland sites
The celebrations will extend to seven heartland sites – Boon Lay, Keat Hong, Marsiling, Nee Soon, Punggol, Tampines and Woodlands.
The People’s Association will hold countdown celebrations at each site, which will feature live performances and family-centric activities. It will give details in early December.
Migrant worker recreation centres and dormitories
Five migrant worker recreation centres – at Kranji, Penjuru, Soon Lee, Terusan and Tuas South – and more than 10 dormitories across Singapore will take part in New Year’s Eve celebrations on Dec 31.
Activities and highlights will include live performances, live food stations, carnival games and a lucky draw. There will be fireworks at the Soon Lee centre.
