While many of us are used to bathrooms being intimate spaces that offer privacy behind closed doors, some folks are open to a bathroom that, well, bares it all. When you’re living on your own, there’s really no need for walls to protect one’s modesty.

So, for this bachelor pad, the interior designers from Three-D Conceptwerke eradicated the conventional walls and doors between the en-suite bathroom and master bedroom and put in a flimsy white curtain instead.

One cool feature of the hotel-inspired home is the swiveling TV frame that makes tilting the screen easy-breezy whether one’s in the tub or in bed a few steps away.

For this shophouse unit, the interior designers from Spacious Planners enlarged the master bedroom on the upper storey by bringing down the bathroom wall and designing an open-concept bathtub area beside the bed.

The generous skylights bring natural light into the space, creating a resort-like feel for the couple’s private sanctuary.

The owners of this Balmoral Crescent apartment engaged William Chan from Spacedge to design their home.

To make their home look and feel more spacious, he planned for the bedrooms to flow seamlessly into the bathrooms by taking away the walls between them.

William also used the idea of a swiveling TV so that the owners can enjoy some entertainment no matter which space they occupy.
