While some couples are happy with not having much sex in their relationships, other couples are facing the issue of mismatched libidos, which can end up causing a rift in their marriages. And we get it — it might not be easy to bring this up with your partner, and you don't want him to feel threatened or cornered. But what can you do when you're in a sexless marriage – one where you want more intimacy than he's able to give?

Take Catherine* for example. She was married to a fit, healthy, high-flying alpha male, but the trouble was, he was never in the mood for sex. While friends bemoaned their husbands’ insatiable sexual demands, Catherine went for weeks, months and then a year without making love to her husband.
