Everything in Lady M Confections is irresistible, but if you must choose then go for their Signature Mille Crepe. The paper-thin layers of artisanal crepes are held together with delicious pastry cream to please the most discerning dessert connoisseur, including your mum if she’s one too.

Since 1993, Dome Cafe has served up some fine European-styled dishes and cafe fare; we especially love their pecan pie served vanilla ice-cream. They’ve recently revamped their menu with some enticing items, and if you and mum are fans of European classic desserts, be sure to check out their new Oreo Coffee Cheese Cake, Lemon Curd and Chocolate Banana Stellate Cake.

A gift of a tin of cookies from Jenny Bakery always guarantees a smile, and mum will surely appreciate these famous cookies which still draw queues in Hong Kong. It’s a good thing we have them now in Singapore, located in the Ang Mo Kio heartlands.
