Parenting, Wellness & Personal Growth Events In February 2026
From pregnancy and postpartum fitness to face yoga and reconnecting with your strengths, these February events are a reminder that looking after yourself is part of motherhood too
By Balvinder Sandhu & Estelle Low -
Motherhood has a funny way of pushing you to the bottom of the to-do list. Between pregnancy check-ups, school drop-offs, work, and the mental load that never really switches off, prioritising yourself can feel indulgent — even unnecessary.
So here’s your gentle nudge to do just that. From a pregnancy and postpartum health and fitness masterclass that helps you move, recover and fuel your body safely, to a Galentine’s face yoga workshop that doubles as self-care time with your girlfriends, and a Discover Your Strengths session that invites you to reconnect with who you are beyond the mum role, these upcoming events are designed to support you inside and out.
Consider this permission to show up for yourself, guilt-free.
