Spill the Fertili-tea on Women’s Health & Fertility

Parenting with Positive Discipline Singapore 2025

This prenatal seminar tackles topics that most parents-to-be worry about – breastfeeding and caring for a newborn. A lactation consultant shares breastfeeding basics in a beginner’s guide and a paediatrician discusses common illnesses among young children. The Fourth Trimester

The Fourth Trimester won Production of the Year and Best Original Script at the 2023 ST Life Theatre Awards and returns for another run this November. Written by local playwright Faith Ng, it encapsulates the experience of life and new parenting in Singapore, through a number of characters. There are first-time parents Samantha and Aaron who are overwhelmed caring for their newborn, picture-perfect couple Lisa and Daniel who are feeling the strain of family life, and newlyweds Sofia and Johan, who are dealing with the pressures of starting a family. Mindfulness by the Bay

There’s no better place for a mindfulness session than in the tranquil surrounds of Gardens By The Bay. Get in touch with your inner harmony with simple and effective mindfulness exercises such as light stretching, as well as walking and sitting meditation. There’s also a Q&A session with a mindfulness expert. This event is tailored for beginners so don’t be shy if you’ve never tried mindfulness exercises before.
