Parenting & Wellness Events To Check Out This June 2026
From parent-child connection talks to mindful craft workshops and family-friendly runs, these meaningful events offer you a chance to pause, learn and recharge
By Balvinder Sandhu & Estelle Low -Â
June is school holiday season, which usually means one of two things: you’re either packing for a family trip, or you’re staying put in Singapore while wondering how airfares got this wild.
If you’re in the second camp, there are still plenty of meaningful ways to spend the month. This June, parents can look forward to workshops on connection, emotional regulation and body safety, storytelling sessions that help kids understand eczema, mindful craft experiences, wellness talks and even family-friendly runs.
Some events are for parents, some welcome children too, but all offer a chance to slow down, learn something useful, and reconnect — with your kids, your body, or yourself.
