Between raising children, caring for ageing parents and trying to stay on top of our own wellbeing, May’s line-up of events is a gentle nudge to spend time with the people who matter, and to show up for yourself too.
Whether it’s a hands-on experience with your mum, a day out with your child, a long-overdue catch-up with your mum friends, or a workshop that helps you better understand your body and mind, these are the events worth making space for.
