There’s nowhere quite like the elegant Fysh, the modern-age scale-to-tail fish steakhouse at The Singapore Edition. Enter the hotel’s white marbled lobby with domed ceilings and the surrounding lush foliage before stepping into Fysh’s timber-clad interiors with soaring ceilings, a light-filled conservatory, and a foliage-fringed terrace, the perfect setting for some quality romantic time together.

On Feb 13 and 14, it’s rolling out a Valentine’s Menu ($168++ per person, for lunch and dinner), with elegant amuse-bouches that set the tone for the rest of your meal — think Robbins Island Beef Carpaccio paired with sea urchin and warm Potato Brioche with caramelised onion butter and beef tallow.

Then, choose your starter: Tuna & Hamachi Crudo with caviar ($18 supplement) or Pan-Seared Foie Gras with celeriac, vanilla, and black truffle. For those looking to elevate the experience beyond a standard dinner, Bottega di Carna offers a pasta-making workshop where diners can craft fresh pasta before sitting down to a four-course Italian set menu. Highlights include Ricciola with buri amberjack, caviar and champagne gelee, followed by DIY orecchiette from the workshop, served with Italian pork ragù, spinach and Parmigiano Reggiano.
