Transform a sweet snacking favourite into an Easter-themed treat with these scrumptious bunny bubble pops. They're so much fun to make with the kids and make a tasty treat for the holiday.

Ingredients
- 200 g (1½ cups) white marshmallows
- 75 g chopped butter
- 4 cups rice bubbles
- 12 paddle pop sticks
- ¼ cup white chocolate melts, melted
- Mini pink marshmallows, for tails
Steps
01. Line a 20 x 30 cm slice pan and an oven tray with baking paper.
02. In a small saucepan, combine marshmallows and butter. Stir over a low heat 2 to 3 mins, until mixture is smooth.
03. In a large bowl, combine rice bubbles and marshmallow mixture, stirring well. Spoon rice bubble mixture into pan. Press firmly into pan with a greased fork; chill 15 to 20 mins, until firm.
04. Using a greased 8 cm rabbit-shaped cutter, cut out shapes from slice. Place on tray; chill 5 mins.
05. Dip each paddle pop stick into chocolate and push into base of each rabbit shape; chill to secure.
06. Dip each mini marshmallow into chocolate and position to form a rabbit tail. Allow to set.
