Classic Cosmopolitan Cocktail

In a sweet and fruity blend of cranberry-pomegranate juice, lime juice, vodka and orange-flavoured liqueur, this classic cosmo will prove to be a drink favoured by all, despite its pink and girlish appearance. To amp up the fragrance, feel free to add thinly sliced blood orange. Some lime won't hurt, either!

Ingredients
- 1¼ cup vodka
- ⅓ cup orange-flavoured liqueur
- ½ cup lime juice
- 2½ cup chilled cranberry-pomegranate juice
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
Steps
01. Combine vodka, liqueur, lime juice and cranberry-pomegranate juice in large jug. Refrigerate 1 hr. Just before serving, stir in chilled lemonade, lime and fresh mint leaves. Serve with ice.
