Durian season is upon us! Sure, you could order some to share with family and friends — but why stop there? How about indulging in an all-you-can-eat durian buffet, or treating yourself to decadent and creative durian desserts that showcase the king of fruits in totally unexpected ways? 1. Durian Buffet, Grand Copthorne Waterfront

The hotel's popular Durian Buffet is back for its fourth edition at all-day dining destination Food Capital from Jul 14 to Sep 14, 2025. Eat your fill of free-flow freshly cut Musang King durians at an alfresco station during dinner, alongside an indulgent spread of newfangled durian-infused dishes such as Gratin Parmigiana Durian, Durian Laksa, and Durian Gula Melaka Kueh Dadar.

And to mark SG60, there's a dessert live station where you can snag new SG60-exclusive ice cream creations by beloved local brand Udders, including Durian Cheesecake, Durian Pengat, and its signature Emperor Mao.

Of course, it's not all durian — the buffet also features a full selection of international seafood, salads, and Asian favourites for a break from all that richness.

2. Durian Dessert Buffet, Goodwood Park Hotel

Goodwood Park Hotel's annual Durian Dessert Buffet is back at the Coffee Lounge from Apr 4 to
Aug 10, 2025. There are returning favourites like the D24 durian puffs, Swiss rolls and mousse cakes, but you can also dig into imaginative buffet-exclusive treats like the Fluffy Durian Pancake and D24 Sourdough Pizza. Keep your eyes peeled for the Torched Marshmallow Durian Ice Cream, an indulgent dessert starring creamy D24 durian ice cream centre wrapped in a soft marshmallow, then gently torched for a warm, smoky, caramelised layer. Yum.

As we all know, there can be too much of a good thing, so you'll be glad to know there's an assortment of non-durian desserts, too.

Guests can enjoy the durian buffet experience on its own, or top off the dining experience with savouries from Coffee Lounge’s a la carte and set menus.

3. All Hail the King Durian Fest, Resorts World Sentosa

Back by popular demand, this year’s repertoire of premium durian varieties is available during All Hail
the King Durian Fest, running over six evenings (Fri to Sun, over two weekends) in July. Gorge on all-you-can-eat premium grade durians, including the rich, bittersweet Mao Shan Wang as well as D24 and Red Prawn. Beyond the featured durians, there'll be a spread of tropical fruits like rambutan and mangosteen, and you can also cool off with coconut water or homegrown Three Legs Cooling Water.

It's not just fruits. You'll also get to dine on an array of gourmet delights from Dian Xiao Er restaurant, which includes a roast duck carving station.

4. Durian Buffet 2025, FairPrice Xtra

This durian season, indulge in a 60-minute all-you-can-eat feast at FairPrice Xtra JEM, from July 25 to 27, 2025. Enjoy the rich, creamy flavours of your favourite durian varieties in the comfort of an air-conditioned set-up. Buffet sessions are available daily from 2pm, giving you plenty of opportunities to dive into this durian-filled experience.

Choose between two buffet options — the Regular Buffet ($65 per person) offers unlimited servings of Red Prawn, D101, D13, and Kampung durians, perfect for those who want to savour the classic varieties. For the true durian aficionados, the Gold Buffet ($85 per person) takes it up a notch with unlimited Musang King, Pahang Old Tree MSW, Black Gold, and all the varieties included in the Regular Buffet.

Durian fans are in for a treat with the Mao Shan Wang Durian Afternoon Tea that's made a welcomed return at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel's Lobby Lounge. From Jul 1 to Oct 31, 2025, you’ll get to indulge in a delicious spread of durian-infused delights, including Durian Mochi Choux Puff, Durian Creme Brulee, Durian Cheesecake, and Durian Cempedak Tart, among others.

6. Durian Carnival With 98RM Durian Buffet, Sunway City Iskandar Puteri

Meanwhile, across the borders, there's a whole carnival dedicated to the King of Fruits. Sunway City Iskandar Puteri will be hosting its first-ever Durian Carnival from July 31 to Aug 5, 2025 at Sunway Big Box Retail Park, a five-minute drive from the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link.

For just RM98 per person, you can dive into an all-you-can-eat durian buffet, sampling a variety of the region’s finest durians, from the iconic Musang King to the exotic Black Thorn and sweet Red Prawn. Best of all? The event is set up with a ventilated seating area, so you can indulge in comfort, and admission to the carnival is free!
