Difficulty Level: 3/5

Ingredients

  • 500 g skinless boneless firm white fish fillets, chopped
  • 2 tbsps thai red curry paste
  • 1 tsp finely grated lime rind
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • Olive oil cooking spray

TO SERVE

  • Extra chopped coriander, mixed green salad, lime wedges and sweet chilli sauce

Steps

03. Taking care, place fish cakes in the air fryer basket; at 200 C, cook for 8 mins, turning halfway through cooking time, or until golden and cooked through.
