Ingredients

  • 2 x 750 ml bottles chilled sparkling dry white wine
  • 1 cup elderflower cordial
  • 2 tsps angostura bitters
  • Orange rind
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Steps

01. Slowly pour chilled sparkling dry white wine into a large serving jug. Add elderflower cordial and angostura bitters; stir to combine.

02. Serve with twists of orange rind and crushed ice.

Top Tip: Get angostura bitters from liquor stores and elderflower cordial from supermarkets.
