Gather the fam for local flavours, Bali-inspired spreads, and smoky woodfire grills
By Terri Kue -
During the ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar, Muslims experience a time of fasting, worship, and community bonding. Food is an integral part of the month, with families waking up early for Suhoor and breaking fast during Iftar. In Singapore, Ramadan begins on Feb 19, 2026, according to the Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS).
To help you plan, we have gathered 10 Ramadan buffets that are perfect for digging in after a day of fasting. Whether you are looking for a place where children under five eat free, an elevated option for a more festive feel, or great deals with 1-for-1 buffet promos, there’s something for every family.
Atrium Restaurant at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium
With over 40 dishes to choose from, this Ramadan buffet brims with dishes from Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Families are invited to enjoy a multitude of cuisines ranging from Turkish to Peruvian, Thai, Moroccan, and more.
Chicken lovers can look forward to the Moroccan Chicken Tagine, a hearty traditional Moroccan dish that goes big on flavour with a medley of aromatic spices. Other poultry dishes include the Chicken Abodo (Filipino-style braised chicken in a savoury yet tangy sauce), Pad Krapow Gai (Thai basil chicken), and Ayam Masak Merah (chicken in spicy tomato sauce).
If red meat is more your thing, indulge in sumptuous Beef Kofta (spiced ground beef kebabs), Kuzu Tandir (a Turkish roasted lamb dish that is known for its tender meat), Beef Rendang, and Bo Kho (Vietnamese beef stew). If seafood’s your thing, you’ll be treated to seafood on ice as well as sushi and sashimi.
Leave some space for desserts and finish off the meal with childhood favourites like ice kacang, decadent chocolate fondue, Nyonya kueh, and ice cream.

21 on Rajah at Aloft Singapore Novena
21 on Rajah is bringing Bali’s heritage-rich dishes to you with its Enak Sekali Balinese Feast offering over 40 dishes — no flight needed. Think modern twists on traditional Balinese staples with exquisite flavours and bold aromatic scents.
For your first dish, try the Bebek Betutu (slow-roasted duck with Balinese Basa Genep — a rich paste comprising different spices — cooked in banana leaves). It’s slow-cooked to ensure that each bite of the succulent meat is infused with rich spice for maximum flavour. Also don’t miss the Kambing Pangang Sambal Goreng (slow-roasted whole spiced baby lamb with spicy shallot). Served with tomato jam, this unique condiment reimagines the usual sambal kecap that is normally served with Kambing Goreng.
Coconut is a staple in Indonesian fare, and the Ikan Bakar Jimbaran (Jimbaran-style coconut grilled snapper with palm sugar and chilli) comes grilled over coconut wood coals. Imbued with the tropical fruit’s aroma, the combination of the olfactory experience and the sweet yet spicy and smoky fish promises an all-encompassing experience.
Wrap up your meal with a traditional Balinese snack of Pisang Rai (steamed banana and pandan dumpling with grated coconut) as well as a helping of cendol.

Permata Singapore
When we think of Ramadan buffets, Permata Singapore is always one of the first restaurants that comes to our minds. With a rich history of Nusantara heritage, each dish in its lavish spread is an ode to the past.
Be spoiled for choice by the variety of its Nurantara Ramadan buffet. The appetiser section comprises the family-friendly Roti John, Ba Kwan (deep-fried shredded vegetables in a flour batter), and Roti Jala with Potato Curry.
Six signature creations take centre stage. Among them is the Rawon Risotto, which fuses East Javanese rawon (beef soup) with creamy Italian-style risotto for a journey through culinary heritages. The beef is slow-cooked in earthy keluak broth for maximum umami. Another signature is the Mee Siam Mamak. Unlike the Malay version, this one has a richer flavour and depth from the coconut curry gravy; expect rich textures and bold flavours.
Under the ‘hearty dishes station’ are dishes that are sure to fill you with nostalgia. Sambal Quail Egg, Beef Rendang, Ayam Goreng Berempah, and Prawn Fritters all come together to remind us of flavours that make us feel at home.

Crowne Plaza at Changi Airport
The Golden Hour Iftar Buffet is another buffet that combines Malay and Middle Eastern cuisine for a heritage-packed meal. With a rotational menu, no two days are the same.
Each buffet has a selection of one or two of each type of dish. Tuck into hot seafood options such as the Grilled Seabass with Sambal Kicap served with lime relish, Prawn Assam Pedas in a Tamarind Curry for spice and tangy notes, and Singapore-Style Chilli Crab exuding wok hei.
For poultry, you will be greeted with either Ayam Masak Merah or Village Chicken Curry with Potatoes made hearty with spices and coconut milk. Beef and lamb also see one selection per day; either the iconic Beef Rendang or Braised Lamb with Tamarind and Chili Gravy. The gravy is spiced with lemongrass for that fragrant, citrusy taste quintessential in Malay cuisine.
The highlight of this buffet, though, is definitely the carving stations where you can get freshly sliced meat. Savour the juicy Slow-Roasted Beef Striploin served with Thyme Jus and the Slow-Roasted Lamb Leg that promises big flavours. During the weekend, there is also a whole-lamb carving station available, where roasted lamb is served with Lebanese raisin rice and other garnishes.
Other live stations include the Shawarma Stall, where you can get your hands on Crispy Falafel, Mediterranean Chicken Shawarma, and a variety of Arab bread and sauces.
