Michelin Guide Singapore 2022: The Full List Of Winners

After going virtual due to the pandemic last year, the Michelin Guide 2022 Star Revelation & Gala Dinner is back this year, held at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre (July 12, 2022). This year, a total of 52 restaurants received their stars, up from 49 in 2021.

42 restaurants have been awarded one Michelin star, with 35 restaurants keeping their stars, and seven new players on the list. They include Restaurant Euphoria, Hamamoto, Raffles Hotel's La Dame de Pic, Marguerite at Gardens by the Bay, modern Korean restaurant Nae:um, Japanese-French restaurant Reve, and Burnt Ends, which has been included in the new one-star list after relocating to Dempsey.

Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle is the only hawker on the list, having kept its one star.

Cloudstreet, which earned its first star last year, has climbed the Michelin ladder and received two stars, as has contemporary Indian restaurant Thevar. Meanwhile, Jaan by Kirk Westaway, Saint Pierre, Shisen Hanten, Shoukouwa and Waku Ghin have all retained their two-star positions.

For the three-star players of the night: French fine dining restaurants Les Amis and Odette by chef Julien Royer as well as contemporary European restaurant Zen have retained their stars.
