Cook Time: mins
Difficulty Level: 1/5

Ingredients

  • 3 readymade muffins
  • 3 mini doughnuts
  • 1½ cups basic butter cream
  • 3 miniature dolls

SPRINKLE SKIRT

  • ¼ cup white mini mallows
  • 2 tbsps pearl sprinkles
  • 8 yellow icing flowers

POLKA-DOT SKIRT

  • 2 tbsps white sprinkles
  • Pink jewel freckles
  • Smarties, white and red

MALLOW FRILL SKIRT

  • 1 cup mini mallows

Steps

01. Trim domed tops from muffins. Place upside-down on a serving platter. Top each with a doughnut.

02. Reserving ½ cup, coat each cake stack with butter cream to create 3 domes. Push doll into top of each muffin so only the waist up is visible.

03. SPRINKLE SKIRT: Using a rolling pin, flatten each mini mallow. Arrange 3 rows around base of 1 cake, pressing into butter cream. Scatter sprinkles over remaining uncovered skirt to cover. Tint reserved butter cream pink. Using a piping bag fitted with a small star nozzle, pipe loops of butter cream around base of cake to cover top edge of marshmallows. Press an icing flower onto top point of each loop.

04. POLKA-DOT SKIRT: Scatter sprinkles over skirt to cover. Press on fresckles and Smarties for polka dots.

05. MALLOW FRILL SKIRT: Using a rolling pin, flatten each mini mallow. Starting from base, arrange alternate coloured rows of mallows around cake to cover completely.
