You might think this smoothie is sinful because it tastes so good, but not at all! It uses low-fat natural yoghurt and honey instead of syrup to sweeten.

Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 4 peaches, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1⅓ cups low-fat natural yoghurt
- ⅓ cup honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon, plus extra for sprinkling (optional)
Steps
01. Blend milk, peach, yoghurt, honey and cinnamon until smooth.
02. Pour evenly into glasses. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon, if desired.
