We love Peranakan dishes for their rich, complex flavours – the kind that comes from carefully crafting spice blends and rempahs to hours of slow cooking. But recreating these treasured recipes during the busy Chinese New Year season can be overwhelming.

That’s why, for your upcoming CNY festivities – hot on the heels of Christmas and New Year’s – free yourself from the stress of cooking and order a Peranakan feast that tastes like what Grandma makes.

Whether for intimate family celebrations or more elaborate gatherings, Chilli Manis Catering offers delicious and ready-to-eat Peranakan offerings that will satisfy every taste bud, from the young ones in the brood to the elderly folks. This year’s festive menu, themed 花甜喜事 (Manis Delight, Fortune in Sight), is a celebration of bold, creative dishes symbolising abundance and blessings.

Established in 2018, the highly-rated caterer is helmed by executive chef Madam Serene Hoh, who injects her passion for Peranakan cuisine into every recipe, creating signature tastes that retain heritage while incorporating modern flair.
