A tasty meat dish requires a good marinade to transform bland bites into mouthwatering meals. One easy and brilliant way is to use oyster sauce, such as Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce. This easy meat stir-fry recipe uses oyster sauce with sliced pork, broccolini, capsicum and cashews. Not to mention, use the remaining marinade to make a savoury, rich sauce that goes perfectly over steamed rice.
