Reindeer Cookies

Amaze the kids with these adorable reindeer cookies with mini pretzels, M&Ms, and chocolate chips. Combined with the taste of peanut butter, these cookies are a party in the mouth no one should ever miss out on! They also take less than 10 mins in the oven, making for the perfect last-minute treat.

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1¼ cup brown sugar
• 3 tbsps milk
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• ¾ cup peanut butter
• 1 whole egg
• 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ tsp baking soda
• ¾ tsp table salt
• M&Ms, to decorate
• Chocolate chips, to decorate
• Mini pretzels, to decorate

Steps

01. Preheat oven to 190 C.

02. Beat butter, brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract and peanut butter in an electric mixer until well combined. Add egg.

03. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.

04. Slowly add flour mix to batter.

05. Scoop out cookie mixture into balls on a pan. Gently shape with hands, or use a spoon.

06. Bake cookies at 190 C for 8 mins.

07. After removing from oven, arrange chocolate chips, M&Ms and mini pretzels on cookie to resemble a reindeer. Press down and let cool.
