Undeniably light and refreshing, the rosé sangria will make a divine accompaniment to your meal, especially on a warm evening. It mixes chilled rosé wine with brandy, raspberry liqueur, and a bunch of berries. Unwinding at the end of the day has never been so easy!

Ingredients

  • 750 ml chilled rosé wine
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • 2 tbsps raspberry liqueur
  • 2 tbsps caster sugar
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 250 g strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 cups chilled soda water
  • Fresh mint leaves, rinsed

Steps

01. Combine rosé, brandy, raspberry liqueur and caster sugar in a large jug until sugar dissolves.

02. Add raspberries and strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr.

03. Add chilled soda water and mint leaves to serve.
