Yeast Side

If you’re craving pizza but looking for something a little more unique, Yeast Side is worth a visit. Their airy focaccia and slow-fermented pizza dough result in pizzas with a more complex, tangy, and savoury flavour — a refreshing contrast to the flat, doughy taste of typical pizzas. There’s also a subtle hint of sweetness that balances out the tanginess, creating a more nuanced profile that sets slow-fermented dough apart from quick-rise alternatives. Beyond their classic sourdough pizzas, Yeast Side also offers a variety of satisfying focaccia sandwiches.

With four outlets across the island, each Yeast Side location has its own distinct vibe. Pawrents will be pleased to know that three of the outlets are pet-friendly, so your furkids can tag along and join in the festivities too.
