Ingredients

  • 350 g broccolini, trimmed
  • 150 g snow peas, trimmed
  • 2 baby bok choy, halved
  • 1 fresh long red chilli, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsps char siu sauce
  • 2 tsps sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil

Steps

01. Layer broccolini, snow peas, baby buk choy and red chilli in a large baking-paper-lined bamboo steamer. Steam, covered, over a large wok of simmering water about 5 mins or until vegetables are just tender.

02. Combine vegetables, char siu sauce and sesame oil in a large bowl. Heat peanut oil in a small saucepan until hot; pour oil over vegetable mixture then toss to combine. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
