Following the success of Paik's Bibim and Paik's Coffee, South Korean chef and restauranteur Paik Jong-won is launching his next endeavour, Paik's Noodle, in Singapore. The Korean-Chinese restaurant specialises in noodle dishes such as jajangmyeon (black bean sauce noodles) and jjampong (spicy seafood soup noodles). Noodles are handmade daily before they are dressed with housemade sauces imported from Korea. There will also be rice dishes available too. Paik's Noodle will open sometime in October 2023.

Cedric Grolet - Cedric Grolet Singapore

Famed French pastry chef Cedric Grolet recently opened the doors to its first Singaporean outpost. Located in Como, anyone can enjoy his wondrous, 'gram-worthy baked creations inspired by flowers and fruits - Lychee shaped like lychee or Dragonfruit shaped like well, dragonfruit - without needing to fly to Paris or London. Croissant lovers should also wake up early and get there before the viennoseries sell out or stop selling at 11am.

Soi Social is the brainchild of Thai chef Ian Kittichai, who worked his way up the career ladder and has since established his own restaurants in Bangkok, Taipei, Hong Kong and New York City.
